We recommend the following routine when swimming:

1. Wet your hair with clean water and add some 10 minute mask to your hair before swimming (for protection)
   
2. Rinse your hair with cool clean water every time you get out of the beach or pool then add the curl friend spray to your hair
3. Also spray in the heat wave to protect from any UV rays
4. When you get home, shampoo twice with Clean Curls, condition once with Strong Strands, then do the 10 minute mask
5. Style as usual
